Industrialisation and modernisation has spread rapidly among Asian countries, including Singapore. Consequently, this implies increasing energy use and increasing critical facilities management. Electricity are widely used and account for a large share in industrial electrical system. Hence, the reliability and energy performance of these equipment are of utmost importance.
The Technical Seminar on Transient Voltage Surge Suppression Technology provides an insight to engineers, facilities managers, competent persons, industrial consultants, and project teams working on electrical systems in order to have a cleaner & safer electricity to protect their asset & reduce failure.
The Seminar is developed to understand the design and root cause of Transient issue, High voltage surge, effects of transients on electronic equipment, active frequency tracking, Modes of protection in a safe and efficient way for electrical power systems.
CPD/ PDU/ STU: 5 (Five) PDUs Approved/ Confirmed for PEB PEs (for all engineering branches/ disciplines) and IES C.ENGs (for engineering sectors listed in https://www.charteredengineers.sg).
